Welcome to Essential Chiropractic Clinic, Haywards Heath

The newly established Essential Chiropractic Clinic, based in Linfield near Haywards Heath West Sussex, is run by trained chiropractor Piers Arthur. We use low-force chiropractic techniques to treat dysfunction of the spine and muscoskeletal system. Through subtle adjustments, chiropractic treatment can relieve pain and discomfort, increase mobility and prevent recurrence.

During your initial consultation and treatment, your chiropractor will take time to understand your full medical history, assess and evaluate your whole body and then undertake a specific area treatment or a full body treatment as in some instances an untreated lower back or pelvic problem can result in compensatory problems in the neck or upper back. We will also suggest a treatment plan. At this first meeting we allow up to two hours. 30 to 45 minutes is allowed for any further treatment that are needed.

We also help our patients to help themselves by giving them the required knowledge to help prevent recurrence of their injuries.
