Dr Piers Arthur - MChiro DC (Doctor of Chiropractic)
Piers
spent has lived in the Sussex region most of his life. He
and his wife Judith have two children, Daisy & Finlay.
Piers became interested in Chiropractic after having six
months with back pain without any help from traditional medicine.
After receiving a course of treatment from a Chiropractor,
his back pain improved greatly.
Piers practices a variety of Chiropractic techniques, along
with dry needling techniques for muscles. As a part of his
professional development Piers continues to learn and grow
as a practitioner by regularly attending seminars.
Piers qualified from one of the most respected Chiropractic
colleges in the world – The Anglo European College of
Chiropractic and is a member of the General Chiropractic Council (GCC) & The British Chiropractic Association (BCA).
Matthew Bishop - Sports Massage Therapist
Matthew
was born and raised in Sussex. He has three children, Fred,
Stan and Albert.
Matthew has been trained in Myofascial Release, Swedish and
Sports Massage. He place great emphasis on stretches and mobilisation
of specific muscle groups.
Matthew is also a Certified Personal Trainer. He specializes
in total health and fitness of all ages. She has received
advanced training in Fitness Assessment, Flexibility and Stretching,
Fitness for General Health and Improvement, and Older Adult
Populations.
Pitsmai Charupat (known as Tara) - Thai Massage Therapist
Tara
grew up in Thailand and remained there until she was 30 years
old. Tara lives locally and has one daughter who lives nearby.
Tara had her Thai massage training in Thailand from her
father who passed down his knowledge through generations of
their family.
Tara’s Thai massage techniques are relaxing and revitalising.
Thai massage helps to restore body balance, stimulating energy
lines and points (known as sen). It has elements of Shiatsu
and Yoga incorporated within it.
